MY SERVICES
What I Do
All pregnancies are different, and that is why I work with each client to develop a customized plan for pregnancy, birth and beyond. I am a certified Childbirth Educator and CPR/First Aid certified. I am certified as a birth, postpartum, and bereavement doula. I hold certifications in youth pregnancies and breastfeeding as well. If I sound like a good fit, look at the services I offer below, and get in touch with me to schedule an initial free consultation.

BIRTHING GUIDANCE &Â Â Â PRENATAL VISITS
With my Birthing Guidance, I offer unwavering support to you and your family before, during and after birth. I will stay in close contact in order to routinely check how you’re doing and step in with anything you might need pertaining to your pregnancy, prenatal visits, and homecare. My cleaning business, GBR Family Cleaning will provide a nesting clean that is included in my rate.
POSTPARTUM SUPPORT
The lost art of Lying-In is a goal of mine to restore. During this period, I help you to establish and grow upon the imprinting that occurs after birth. My role with my Postpartum Support service is to ensure you get the best information and care possible. No matter when you need me, I will be there offering support.
"I don't think Rachel knows just how much she has helped me. Breastfeeding can be hard and painful and honestly at first I was ready to give up. I didn't want to though. I'd be crying I was in so much pain but I refused to stop. Rachel talked me through it and was so helpful and now I'm breastfeeding without a shield as well as without any pain. She has so much knowledge on the subject and she's more than willing to help. I'm so thankful for her!! If you need help. Ask!"
